Do Parents and Teenager Speak the Same Language?

In this household? Um...no. But then, Pastor Dad and I studied French, as did our former teenagers, and the one who lives here now wants to learn Spanish. I think you see our problem.

(What? You thought I meant something else by my question? :) )

Anyway, I discovered this opportunity to win Rosetta Stone software and I just must enter for a chance to win their Spanish version. You see, we already have their French...

So if you would also like to participate in the contest or are interested in taking the language immersion trip (which we might want to do in the future if we win and someone learns to speak Spanish) see the information below:

  1. LOL! I definitely had other ideas by your intro! We did enjoy our trip to Mexico back in 2006 or 2007, however! We would like to go back sometime.....but then we would like to go back to Hawaii, too! Probably not in this life time!

  2. We're into learning to type here. Tim is thinking he may have to get a sit down office job if his back keeps breaking down. He got a computer program tonight to get started on that.
No language other than I have been accused of speaking Newbyish (title given from the community I grew up in). It's a language all it's own. :-)
