Journal Through the Bible: Week 35 Wednesday

source
Judges chapter 12

As if the problems of Jephthah he encountered in chapter 11 weren't enough there were the angry men of Ephraim causing troubles in this chapter! And if the tribe of Benjamin was known for its left-handers the tribe of Ephraim must have been known for its lisps.

After the end of the Jephthah saga the narrative gives brief biographies of the judges Ibzan, Elon, and Abdon.
